I’ve been trying to kick my weed habit recently but it’s soooo impossible for me. It’s the only thing I want to do after work. Related to a lot of this!
I relate so much! Before I discovered alcohol, smoking was it for me. Then I combined the two, then I dropped smoking and now I’ve dropped both. Takes a while but you’ll get there Angela 🫶🏽

One of the most depressed times of my life happened during employment under fluorescent lights...my mood was instantly lifted when I got a job at a country club. Nothing feels as dark as fluorescent lighting.
It's really unfortunate and signifies a failure of the system such that many people are forced to work boring, life-draining jobs that they despise, and makes them miserable, thus worsening their mental health condition.
In that sense, the job sector in many countries doesn't treat the workforce as human beings, but instead as autonomous robots without emotional needs.
